Dear client, once your program has been designated, please read carefully the terms and conditions of our agency “Tour Qosqo” since the reservation will be governed by these clauses and circumstances during your stay in the city of Cusco.

RESPONSIBILITIES
“TOUR QOSQO”, directly operates part of the services of an Itinerary in Cusco - Peru, but also acts as an intermediary agent contracting services for the passenger such as hotels, transportation, air flights and any other independent supplier.
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that the companies providing services meet our quality standards and offer the best services for our clients and/or passengers. However, these companies are independent suppliers over which we do not have direct and complete control. Therefore“ TOUR QOSQO” is excluded from any liability for death, accident, loss or any other inconvenience caused by an act or omission of one of these suppliers.
In case of “Force Majeure Events” such as, political disputes or problems, strikes, natural disasters, governmental actions, mechanical failures or any other type of external event beyond our internal control. The client agrees to assume all additional expenses derived from any of these factors, “TOUR QOSQO” reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary.
RISK ACCEPTANCE
Some of our itineraries include direct exposure to the nature or environment visited such as: trekking, canoeing, horseback riding, ATV riding, biking and others.
Therefore, it implies a personal risk that he/she could suffer or result with a physical or emotional injury, paralysis, damage or death, so the client is aware that such risks simply cannot be excluded without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity, therefore, he/she assumes them as part of it.
The client accepts that he/she is aware of his/her physical condition and health, under the knowledge of this he/she decides to undertake the above mentioned risks. The client excludes “TOUR QOSQO” from any liability linked to any accident or injury that may occur associated with the clients health, physical condition or otherwise.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
The reservation is made upon receipt of a deposit of 50% for programs with standard category hotels, and 60% for programs with superior or luxury category hotels. You must send complete information such as name and surname, identity card number or valid passport (photo).
You will receive a written confirmation via Email or WhatsApp, once confirmed the reservation of all services on the agreed dates, any changes from the date will be subject to availability and additional payment if necessary.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation is governed by the terms and conditions stipulated below:
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the client must notify “TOUR QOSQO” in writing.
- Cancellations 60 days prior to the trip are subject to a 15% charge to cover administrative costs, in addition to the bank charges generated by the refund.
- Cancellations 59 to 21 days prior to the trip are subject to a 40% charge, in addition to bank charges generated by the refund.
- No refund or reimbursement will be granted if the cancellation request is received up to or less than 20 days prior to the passengers' arrival date. Similarly, no refund or reimbursement will be granted in the event that the passenger(s) does not show up or cancels the tour during the trip. In addition, there is no refund for unused portions of tour packages or services.
NOTE: DEPOSITS FOR THE CLASSIC INCA TRAIL (4 DAYS AND/OR 2 DAYS) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION BY US
Cancellation by “TOUR QOSQO”, reserves the right to cancel in case of:
- Force Majeure: inability to operate the program, due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of “TOUR QOSQO” such as disasters, political conflicts, strikes, natural disasters, governmental actions, mechanical failures or any other beyond our control, the client agrees to assume all additional costs arising from any of these factors, “TOUR QOSQO” reserves the right to modify, postpone or even cancel the itinerary if necessary.
- Failure of the client to pay the balance due before the departure date. In this case, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
- “TOUR QOSQO” reserves the right to cancel the program if the client does not show up for the start of the program.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
If a client has a complaint against the company the client must inform the tour driver, guide or company representative during the tour so that the guide/representative can attempt to rectify the situation. Any other complaints must be made in writing to the company within 7 days of completion of the tour.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICIES
Our services will be provided upon receipt of 100% payment of the total cost. Our programs within TOURS IN CUSCO can be paid up to 2 days before the start of the tour, and the itineraries within TOURS IN PERU which include visits in other cities outside the city of Cusco, must be paid in full 15 days before the start of the tour. In the same way for groups larger than 10 must make full payment of services up to 15 days before the trip. All this in order to secure the reservation.

PRICES
The rates of the programs are per person expressed in US Dollars (current exchange rate) and include transfers, lodging, transportation, excursions, among others, (specified in each designated itinerary).
Prices do not include the 18% of IGV applicable only to Peruvians and foreigners residing in Peru.
Foreign tourists must present at the entrance of the hotel their original passport and migration card for tax exemption,
Prices do not include national and international airport departure taxes or visa fees, excess baggage, meals not mentioned in the program, beverages, snacks or meals that are not specified, tips, insurance of any kind, laundry, telephone calls, radio calls or messages, flight reconfirmation and other items for personal use, optional excursions or other services not expressly specified in the program.
